Dan Nixon agrees new deal for 2025
Rochdale Hornets winger Dan Nixon has agreed a new 12-month deal, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2025 season.
Nixon made his Hornets debut in 2021, having been promoted to the first team squad from academy partners Hopwood Hall College.
He has gone on to feature 57 times in total, scoring 35 tries.
Nine of those tries have come this season during Nixon’s 11 competitive appearances to date.
A firm favourite at the Crown Oil Arena, Nixon becomes the seventh player this month to agree terms for next season.
On his new deal, the 22-year-old said: “I’m delighted to be staying at Rochdale for next year. I think the club is building something really special, and hopefully we can finish the season off on a high.
“Every year at this club, I feel like I have been improving. With the players around me, I feel I can keep pushing myself and bettering my career.”
