Entries open for inaugural Superhero 7’s

Rochdale Hornets are excited to announce details of the club’s first-ever Superhero 7’s Festival, as part of this year’s Superhero Day celebrations.

The Superhero 7’s Festival will be held at The Hive on Sunday 9 August, starting at 9am.

Free junior tickets for the club’s Superhero Day double-header at the Crown Oil Arena later in the day will be provided to all participating clubs. Adult tickets will also be available at a reduced price of just £10.

Entry is open to all amateur teams from across the area who wish to be part of a special day of celebration. 

Medals and trophies will be awarded to every team, presented at half-time of the men’s fixture against Whitehaven.

The cost of entry is £25 per team (no maximum squad limit), and there will also be live music to enjoy at the event. 

Registration is now open across the following three age categories:

• Under 7s
• Under 9s
• Under 11s
