Hornets on the road in 1895 Cup semi-finals

Rochdale Hornets will travel to Widnes Vikings in the semi-finals of this season's 1895 Cup.

The tie will mean a new 2026 opponent for the Hornets, who will not face Widnes in the Betfred Championship this season. 

Gary Thornton's side reached the last four after a hard-fought 24-6 win at home to Goole Vikings on Sunday afternoon. 

The semi-final tie will take place at the DCBL Stadium on Sunday 14 June (3pm kick-off). Tickets can now be bought online via this link.

Admission for the fixture is priced as follows:

• Adults: £20
• Juniors: £5

NOTE: Concession tickets are not available for this fixture.

The previously arranged league fixture away at Dewsbury Rams, also scheduled for June 14, will be rearranged for later in the year.
