Grace Hill joins Hornets Women for 2026

Rochdale Hornets Women have announced the signing of forward Grace Hill for the 2026 season.

The 27-year-old forward signs for Rochdale Hornets, following a move from Super League side, Leigh Leopards. Grace featured heavily in the second half of the 2025 season, on dual-reg, and played a pivotal role in our Promotion Grand Final victory at Odsal.

Head coach Ben Bird commented: “Grace joined us on dual reg from Super League side Leigh Leopards last year and played a key role in us winning the league and gaining promotion. Grace is an immaculate rugby league player, technically so consistent and her work rate is second to none. Grace is a polite softly spoken person off the pitch but on it she hits like someone 3 times her size and doesn't miss. She's bought in to what we are building at Hornets and we're so happy that she's now decided to commit to another season with us in League 1.”
