Brad Brennan departs Hornets

Rochdale Hornets can confirm that prop forward Brad Brennan has departed the club to join Workington Town.

The 31-year-old powerhouse joined the Hornets in January after six years at North Wales Crusaders.

A veteran League 1 player, he also enjoyed time at the likes of Barrow Raiders, York, Batley Bulldogs, Hunslet and Coventry Bears.

Brennan made eight appearances in a Hornets shirt, scoring once in the 56-24 victory over Cornwall at the Crown Oil Arena at the start of May.
